So I looked up Deoin Bedell one of the beat makers I worked with back in 2003-2005. He has since become a musical engineer and is no longer messing with the musicians he used to work with (their still doing the same old…). He seemed excited to hear from me and I was super glad his number was still on.
So I called him up for beats obviously. I’ve written some real stuff lately and lyrically I feel like I’m finally on another level! But I used Youtube instrumentals to write my stuff to - so Deoin has to mix my tracks similar to them (think temp etc).
The tracks I wrote to are:
- Lil Wayne ft. Eminem - Drop the World
- Drake - Fear
- Lil Wayne - Pussy, Money, Weed (I love her like - remember Outkast and Jazzy Belle???)
- Kid Cudi - Lovestruck
I call Deoin tomorrow evening - he said he’d have them mostly done!
I also started working on my artist bio and brainstorming my web presence. I have been researching the Lexington Hip-Hop scene and my goal is to have a 5 track mixtape out by mid March!!!
I feel like the industry is seeking reformation - more real artists and fewer shirtless thugs lol.

Very excited to produce something I feel is quality in terms of creative application.
RKDIA is a stage name I’ve given myself based on the combination of a Christian rap artist name “RK” or Renewed in Knowledge and the DIA is Dead in Action - biblical references intended. But I thought about it and I think it’s kind of gross in a sense - the idea of that… True or not RKDIA doesn’t have the roll you want. It’s not appealing to say IMO
Jarmerson is unique, kinda awkward and hey it’s me with out any presumptions ok. And it has three syllables - it’s fun to say and cheer so it’s a better name all around!
So I dreamed that up tonight and it happened when I was working on a new piece untitled. I thought hmm RKDIA isn’t cutting it! So I guess this is the first written piece completed as Jarmerson. I’ll start remixing the beat based on lil Wayne and eminems drop the world. It will be explicit material. You’re warned.
I guess the Dreamfool mantra will stay the same but be under the jarmerson psuedos. If your clueless about this stuff visit my music page and check it out.
